Jalbum - free photo album software. A great community giving back means there are loads of great  templates to choose from, or customize your album yourself with CSS. (Just noticed there is now a plug-in to integrate Jalbum with WordPress!)

WordPress - Blogging software. Depending on your webhosting you may be able to install WordPress and use it directly on your existing website. Again, loads of community support = jillions of beautiful templates or customize to your heart's content. (Or if you can settle for an existing theme create a free WordPress blog at WordPress.)
